Choose a doorway
Use the hosted inquiry page when you do not manage a website. Embed the form when you have access to your site editor or a web partner who can add it.
Review what arrives
The original answers remain available in the workspace. Admins can review the AI assessment, correct it, and decide what happens next.
Website access is only needed for an embed.
The hosted page can be shared without changing your website. An embed requires access to the page where you want the form to appear.
You control AI messages and decisions.
AI assessments are reviewed in the workspace. This launch does not send automated follow-ups or connect to a CRM.
