Question 1

What is BidOtter?

Accepted Answer

BidOtter is an AI inquiry desk for professional services, IT and software services, suppliers, pool builders, and other project-based businesses. It collects structured inquiry details, keeps the original answers visible, and gives admins an AI assessment to review before deciding what happens next.

Question 2

Can I use a hosted form or embed it on my website?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the hosted inquiry page when you do not need to edit a website. Use the embed when you or a web partner can edit the page where the form should appear. Website or domain access is only required for an embed, not for the hosted page.

Question 3

What does the AI do, and who controls the message?

Accepted Answer

The AI assessment organizes submitted answers into a brief and supporting reasoning for review. Company admins can correct the assessment and decide what happens next. This launch does not send automated messages or save a response-draft workflow; the public demo is clearly labeled sample output.

Question 4

What is in the lightweight workspace?

Accepted Answer

The workspace is built around inquiry forms, conditional questions, answer snapshots, admin review, AI assessment history, and team routing. It is not a CRM and does not promise CRM sync, cold outreach, marketing audits, gamification, or advanced integrations.

Question 5

Can I export my inquiry data?

Accepted Answer

Data export is not enabled in this launch. If export is required for your workflow, contact bidotter@polsia.app so the requirement can be reviewed rather than relying on an unavailable button or unsupported promise.

Question 6

What is the pricing status?

Accepted Answer

No paid plan, trial, usage claim, or checkout is available from this page. The proposed $59/month plan and earlier terms are intentionally not published until checkout, included features, limits, and approved billing terms are validated. Contact bidotter@polsia.app with requirements.

Question 7

How do I get started?

Accepted Answer

Create an account, add your company identity, choose the services and service area, shape the conditional questions, and configure notifications and routing. You can then open the hosted inquiry page or add the form to a website you control.
